NO to art theft. NO to art being stolen from their creators and be used in products (which is what Machine Learning actually is, a product) for profit. There is no consent to use this data, there is no compensation to use this data. BOTH are needed for this to work. Make tools and products that follow the law and regulation that exists to protect the work and property of others. GET CONSENT, and GIVE COMPENSATION. We are not entitled to the work, labor, creativity and presence of other people.

I'm not against tools. I am against theft. I am FOR consent, respect, compensation, safety, privacy, freedom, love, creativity, learning, abundance, companionship, justice. Sometimes (often) a REVOLUTION is needed. Artists matter, because we all matter.
